Sometimes a chimney is not working right despite everything. Or your chimney was working fine before you hooked up an appliance, but not now. This is where troubleshooting comes in. Chimney Drafting is a science, based in the laws of physics. There are reasons why chimneys work, or don't work, that are not always readily apparent. Some problems can be diagnosed in a matter of minutes, some may take trial and error. But either way we will work with you to find and correct your problems.
