Mark Jones specializes in investigation services for chimney, vent or hearth appliance related fires for insurance or real estate litigation for companies and individuals*.  We can provide and set up ladders/scaffolding, video scan chimneys/flues, provide photo documentation and written reports of our findings, examine, test and store evidence, research the applicable codes and laws that were in place at the time of installation, research manufacturer's installation instructions for all aspects of the installation, and provide testimony for court proceedings if needed. We provide investigative services throughout the Northeast and Mid Atlantic.
